个人简介


  郑钜圣,浙江天台人。2009年毕业于宁波大学,获得学士学位;2014年毕业于浙江大学,获得博士学位,从事营养流行病学研究;2011-2012年,作为联合培养博士生,在美国塔夫茨大学人类老年营养研究中心从事营养遗传学研究;2015-2018年在英国剑桥大学临床医学院从事遗传流行病学和营养学博士后研究工作,欧盟玛丽居里学者(Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellow)。20189月加入西湖大学生命科学学院,担任独立课题组负责人(PI)、特聘研究员、博士生导师


研究方向


(1) 围绕2型糖尿病等代谢性疾病的多组学人群研究(营养标记物、肠道微生物组、代谢组、蛋白质组、基因组等),揭示衰老相关慢性病的致病机制和干预靶点;探索营养与健康衰老的关系

(2) 从膳食营养-肠道微生态-人类遗传变异三者的相互作用角度,结合可穿戴设备和新型实验设计,研究人体对食物营养的差异化应答及相关机理,致力于开发基于个性化营养的疾病防治新策略(如n-of-1试验);

(3) 利用队列研究探索孕妇(特别是妊娠期糖尿病)孕期营养、遗传与菌群的互作对宿主代谢以及后代出生结局的影响;研究孕期及婴幼儿早期生长发育状况和营养对儿童肥胖的影响及机理
